In March 2010, when Greenwich real estate was suffering, we sold our Old Greenwich house for more than we had been offered in the boom years. This successful sale was orchestrated by Diane, who worked with us for over a year.
It was Diane who convinced us that our smaller house was not a tear down, but simply needed to be spruced up. It was Diane who developed a renovation strategy which made our house much more marketable. Finally, it was Diane who developed the timing and marketing of the house which allowed us to in sell our house in a weak market for more than the asking price in less than two weeks.
All in all, Diane's performance was masterful.
